I am a 29 year old single africian american that wants to get fit before I go into my 30's. I love animals. I have 2 dogs & a cat. My twin sister is on this site. She has told me so much about it that I had to join for myself. I work the gravyard shift so I don't know how well I will be at sticking to the diet & excersie. But I am willing to work my butt off to achieve my goal.
