Just a quick mid-week update as I hadn’t weighed myself in a while. I’m slightly heavier than I’d like at this point because I overdid my “winter bulk” lol. I hope to lose about 25 lbs over the next couple months or so as the warmer weather approaches.
Looking forward to it!

Hi all! Wow, it's been a minute.
I've been using this site since 2007 so there's been a few changes, not surprisingly. I'm even more into fitness now and have received my NCSF Sports Nutritionist and Personal Training certification! Woo!
That said, I still have to execute!
I'm working on my summer 'cut' starting today (coming off the winter bulk) and hope to lose a good bit of body fat over the next two months. Lifting heavy, walking a lot, and Looking forward to summer!

Corona-15.
A number of new events. I hit the big 50 so I’m working on addressing lowering hormone and metabolism levels. Also I’m trying a new device called “Lumen” which measures my CO2 levels around events like eating, exercising, and fasting.
Ive also been working out a lot more in that I’ve added another functional fitness routine in addition to my heavy lifts in the morning. I also got a mountain bike and am riding a couple times a week if I can. All in all I feel good but I’d love to see some weight loss!
