DAY 3-6 KETO:
on day 3 I drank a lot of alcohol which pushed me over my calorie limit and on day 4 I was hungry from dancing the night before I ate lots of eggs, cheese, salad and quiche this also pushed me over my calorie limit. On day 5 I was energetic but had a huge sugar craving, I made more keto buiscuit S and ate raspberries and blueberries. Today on day 6 I ate well but had low energy from some needles I had in the morning. These have definitely been the hardest keto days - I hope it gets better!

I'm genetically quite small boned so I'm just using this as a kind of diary to trim up again and get to my regular healthy weight. I also have extremely really irregular sleeping habits so often I nap in the day which means I have to eat around my sleep, I've tried extended periods of veganism and intermittent fasting but I'm trying keto to see if it gives me energy while helping me get to my regular weight as the other two only made me much more tired.

DAY 2 KETO:
ate much more than yesterday, feasted on cheese, blueberries, almonds, coconut chocolate keto cookies and a keto poppy seed cheesecake which was so yum!
definitely had a lot of energy when I woke up, I went for a walk and did a few hours of housework. At night my regular sweet tooth cravings creeped up and I decided to bake and eat lots meaning I reached my calorie goal :)
