I finally was able to spend a weekend with my hubby which was much needed! We really didn't do much of anything except go to Sam's and Bestbuy. We bought our kids a TV since their old one had went out about 6 months ago, and he bought me ZUMBA. Apparently he saw a difference in me ( I don't know how) so he started asking me what else I needed/wanted to help me keep going. He went as far as saying if I ever dropped it all he would get me a tummy tuck which he use to be totally against. With all this new interest in my weight I'm not sure what to think though. I guess it's nice to have him be supportive, but I think he's starting to get a little to supportive. LOL

ZUMBA = AWESOME! I love my zumba for wii and I am so relieved the belt fits. My hubby pulled it out and said "honey, I don't think it is going to fit". Oh that pissed me off so I am glad it did. If I was any heavier I don't think it would cause it just fits, so now that's my new push to do well. Get that belt to fit well!

Honestly last week for me was not great. I really need to make sure I am really sticking to it all the time. I feel guilty but I refuse to let it make me feel like a failure. Before I would mess up and beat myself up so badly I would give up. Not this time! I'm going to prove to myself I can do this and change my life for good!

Yesterday was a not so great day of eating! I had let my girls pick out something at the grocery store and they had picked pizza bites. Yesterday I let them eat them, but I also indulged in some. Also grabbed some popcorn from them. Thank goodness the pizza bites are out now and I cannot wait until the popcorn is out of the house. Next time I won't let them pick anything that's not single serving and at least I didn't go way above my calories for the day! They mostly eat what I eat but I think they will ONLY be eating what I eat from now on. I'm not even liking having cheerios in the house because it is so tempting to me! Also is it true that when you workout your muscles can retain more water? I'm so out of shape that I barely can make it through my Julian 40 min modified workout! Modified as in for the plank I'm on my knees and not doing all the jumps with my squats yet! I wonder how long until I actually feel like it is easier. Today is another day and I have to do a full day of cleaning!
