It's going slow but I'm doing it. We have been cheating on our diet more than usual because of all the free buffet offers. I decided to give in and drink more water...even though I hate it;

I haven't the fainest clue why my weight is up. I have incressed my weight lifting and cardo by 100 percent. Also have been sticking to my diet. Cheated with one slice of carrot cake.

Walked 11,343 steps today. Which included a long walk to the Walmarts down the road with the dog. But my husband who is also dieting and doing good decided he had a bad craving for carrot cake so we bought a premade two layer one. The calories for the whole cake is 4,300 and something. UGGGG. I did eat one piece so I'm sure I had at least 1,000 calories in that slice. Other than that I've been good on the diet. Tomorrow is weigh in time. Sometimes I fear stepping on that scale.

I walked 10,952 steps today. Went to exercise class and also tonight took my first Yoga class. My back was aching after that. But I wanna keep it up to get more flexable.
