I haven't been counting my points at all the past couple days and it's showing! I need to get back on track! I actually didn't eat all that much on Thanksgiving, one plate of alittle bit of everything and believe it or not I didn't over load my plate either. I did have more than one piece of pie tho, I don't eat the crust so it's alittle bit lower on the points. Anyway, I just need to get my butt back in gear and stick with it! I think that maybe all the walking on Friday morning helped me out...ha! I left at 3 am and didn't get back home until around 3 in the afternoon, so lots of walking around in the stores!! This weekend will be hard because we are going out of town but I'm going to try. We are going shopping again so more walking and hopefully less eating! I guess I'll see what happens!! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, I did!!!!!!

Well yesterday wasn't a good day! We took the kids to a parade and one of our friends had a little get together there in the park with hot dogs, cupcakes, brownies, candy, hot chocolate and everything else fatting that you could think of! So I tried to eat healthy at home but by the time we got there and smelled the hot dogs and looked at all the junk around, I was dying! I cracked! I ate 2 hot dogs, candy, 2 brownies and had some hot chocolate, I feel like I just blew everything! Then last night we went out to eat and I felt like since I ate all that other stuff that I might as well just eat what I want and however much of it that I want to also! I had buffalo wings w/ranch, rolls with butter but I did still have water...does that help...haha just kidding! So I have to get my butt back in gear and keep going the way that I was! Gosh, I'm so mad at myself for doing that! So now I have to watch everything that I eat and watch it carefully because I want to eat all the good stuff on Thanksgiving and I don't want to eat junk all week and the go eat all that too...ugh! I guess I will just have to work out extra hard on Monday since weigh in is on Tuesday morning! Lots of walking...
