Ok this is so weird! I woke up this morning and my first thought was I will write down every single thing that I eat and it's points. I also thought I will follow all the WW rules exactly the way that I should and work out.
I have 29 points daily-
This is what I had so far:
{Breakfast}
~Pop Tarts= 4pts
~1/2 cup milk= 1pt

~Total- 5pts
{Exercise}
~Walked- 2 miles
{Lunch}
~Smartones= 4pts
~Water= 0pts
~1 slice FF Angel Food Cake= 3pts
~w/ FF Cool Whip= 1pt

~Total- 8pts
I have 16pts left for the day. For Dinner I plan on having another Smartones and some fruit cocktail. That will should total 9pts and maybe a little snack...weight watchers, of course!
Yes, I also went to the gym today and walked 2 miles! I felt so good after I did that:) I was super excited!
I feel alot better today, I plan on doing everything exactly how it should be done, plus working out and see what the scale has in store for me at my next weigh in! So we'll wait and see:)

So I weighed in today...not good! I gained another pound, this is not looking good for my goal that I'm trying to achieve. I've very disappointed in myself. This really sucks! I feel like I'm never going to get to any of the goals that I have set for myself! I keep saying "oh I'll follow the diet exactly like I should tomorrow or the next day or after I weigh in." I just keep putting it off and putting it off. At this rate I'll never get anywhere! I wish that I could just get my mind set on not eating sweets, the wrong foods, soda, etc. I'm so discouraged!!! I don't know what to do:?(

I haven't really been eating the halloween candy, I just really haven't wanted it. I have been drinking alot more water, I have been trying not to drink soda at all. I've been doing pretty good with that. I don't feel like I have lost any weight this week and think that I will gain tomorrow but who knows. I guess I'll see tomorrow!

So over the weekend I ate out on Sat and on Sunday I went to a breakfast buffet. I think that I did pretty good on both days, Sat I had a small breakfast and then a snack before we left so that I wasn't starving when we got to the restaurant. On Sunday we didn't have reservations until noon so I didn't even eat before I went but I still didn't do bad, I had some eggs, potatoes, Mountain Dew (had to have it, since we were out), a little bit of a waffle and a small piece of dessert (very small).
So tonight is the night that I weigh in and I just hope that the scale isn't too mean to me...haha!!
