KETO PIZZA : the texture is a little softer and omlety when compared to my regular pizza. This is very close to the real thing and definitely satisfying. I even did the cold fermted the dough. The dough is made with gluten, bamboo fiber & curd cheese......

KETO FRITATA. Testing how keto dough reacts to deep frying. Made a mini fritata with mozzarella. It's the closest it gets to real dough. But still not the real thing. It has the same vague smell of toasted keto bread. Still pleasent to eat.

I made my keto dough after more than a year. Turned out grest. It's a fail safe recipe due to the high ratio of gluten. It has plenty of fiber too. Though it's highly processed food, so I'm not sure whather we can consider this healthy.

Breaking my 24+Hours fast with a low carb meal. A salad with avokados. Steamed eggplant, red and green sweet pepper with garlic yoghurt, and hot chilli flakes. Scrambled eggs. And a cup of apricot tea. The dry fast comnined with low carb/keto meals do work
