Hi all it’s been 4 days since I last weighed myself and I was double digits so happy. I decided that I was going to have the weekend off meaning I would eat till my hearts content and not feel bad nice carbs and sugar all sorts of tasty food I liked I wasn’t afraid and I didn’t care my mind was free of tracking and I just enjoyed the weekend. However I sensed that I would be back into double digits come Sunday night I sure felt it haha but my peace of mind from the tracking and exercise I knew I’m a changed person my mind is strong and I have the strength to get back into clean eating and staying healthy. It’s now Tuesday night and I feel terrific maybe even back into double digits dare I say it but my weigh in days are Friday mornings and from there I will live freely on the weekend and back to work Monday. I feel a sense of freedom from numbers but focus more enjoying life bring in Friday I can feel a good weekend coming YESSS!!!

I have finally finished my 6 days fast and I have lost 5.3kgs in 6 days I knew I could do it and now with a good base I can stick to my recommended daily intake and be grateful. The mental clarity through my fast was awesome and I did get a lot of energy in the last two days so much I had to slow down because I felt like my mind was racing I don’t know did I get more brain cells through the process hahaha or maybe it was a lot of the toxins leaving my body and making me feel more fresh the good thing was my body was up to it. I truly believe mindset has a lot to do with the journey of weight loss reprogramming your self to behave differently towards food and not feel the addiction to it according to Dr Jimnadas and be at peace with more important things in life than food.
So now I break my fast and continue on with my journey cheers FS Famz.
