On week 3 of INSANITY. Did FIT TEST for second time yesterday and there were improvements in all events. Some events saw major improvements. Others saw smaller improvements. Goal is to push even harder now on the workouts. Want to feel the total exhaustion and the thought of even doing this a second time in a day is completely removed from my thought process. Feel a bit better in the mid section. Am actually seeing a bit of a result there as well. Am actually boasting more about doing the program and feels good to do so and am actually not having an issue sticky to diet. Actually need to put in a few more calories though.

Today is week 2 (Day 9) of the INSANITY workout. Body isnt nearly as sore as it was the first 3 days. Am finding that am getting addicted to this workout. Went into withdrawls over the weekend on my off day. Then got exceedingly cranky because was not able to step away from work for the 65 minutes needed to do the work out. Also discovered that doing the work out even 2 hours before bed is bad. Body hasnt come down from the workout high so was restless. So doing the program at 2 pm is about the right time. Body is coming off the high and is ready for rest. Hopefully next week will be able to either do the program twice a day or add in a different work out on top of the INSANITY workout.
Shakeology note: Once the shake is made almost have to drink it right then or liquify it a bit more. Made drink last night for today and was a pile of non moving soft chocolate in a water bottle. Needless to say went with the Protein bar for my mid morning meal. :)
