Idk what is happening to me but I seem to have dropped the ball. I feel terrible bcuz there are so many things coming up that I need to look good in my clothes for. Wtf am I doing to myself???! I lose 10lbs then turn around and gain 4 back within 2 weeks!!! I'm failing!! ;(

Ughh... I stepped on two different scales today. One scale at the gym said 172 and that made me pretty happy. Then I stepped on the one I normally step on at the gym and it said 174. Well the one at work says one 174 so I guess that's what it is. :/

Well, the scale keeps taking me from 174 to 176. When I was at the gym this morning and it gave me 175 so lets hope that I really lost that one pound... even considering my terrible eating habits these past couple of weeks.
Thank God I went to the grocery store after leaving the gym! Now I've got healthy food to eat but that means I'll need to cook it! I'll have to make some time like today or tomorrow to make what I need for this next week. Everything I bought has to be prepared from scratch but that is nothing new about my cooking. I cook from scratch anyway.

03 April 2012, I ate three plates of food at an all you can eat buffet at the M Resort. I also had breakfast that morning. I ate so much at the buffet, I almost vomitted there. OMG eveything was so good. I felt full enough to go a day and a half without eating but that didn't happen which is why I haven't monitored my calories for the past week. Spring Break vacation did not ruin my dieting but it did make it easier for me to self-indulge. I will be getting back on track 1st thing Monday, April 9th. Anyway, I couldn't tell you how many calories I consumed that day but I am guessing at least 4,000. I did not keep track of any of the past days because it was just a lot of expensive but fattening and delicious food. Oh! well...

I lost one pound whoop de doo. I upgraded my gym membership to VIP about a week ago and still haven't gone. Well, at least I'm still going to my fiance's gym on Saturdays. Even though I haven't lost any weight in the past month, the great news is that I am no longer a size 14. I finally lost a whole dress size and everthing is too large. I can't believe that I now wear a medium! Now I am very motivated to lose more! :D
