Woohoo! Food! And I am down to 207.2 which is a good start to the week for me.
Yesterday I tried to eat lightly and mainly have juices & veggies only. I fell off the wagon at lunch a bit and had a whole wheat pita with some cheese, and veggies. It was too much after my long bike ride in the AM. Anyway, I probably had more calories than RDI because of Juice yesterday. And I felt very empty and hungry inside, I did not feel exhausted or spent though. By dinnertime it was all cleared up, and I had veggies and fruits.
That being said too, I was overly moody yesterday, and had some strange feelings. So, hmm.
I have a bit of homework left to do today. Work is busy, etc, etc.
I am gonna work out with weights tonight!

Up a bit from my cheat day "lite" and yesterday.
Yesterday we did vegetarian dinner, as the chicken shortage seems to be continuing. Rumor has it all the chickens were destroyed because of bird flu. Anyway, I ate pretty good. Made delicious patties from Garbanzo Beans, like falafels. Cooked in olive oil. They came out really really good!
Lots of veggies, even at lunch. Took wife to market and loaded up on fresh items.
Today, we are doing the same. Raw Veggies, Juice, and Cabbage Soup from WW. I just drank my recovery drink at about 400 cals. The bike ride was around 1000 today. FS says 1300, my HRM says 1000. Not into it enough to correct it. Not that hungry yet.
Sometimes when bike riding, I think of that recovery meal (usually veggies, eggs, bread), and I come back starving. Today, I did not, and I am not that hungry. Something to be said for that mental food thing.
Read my training bible for cycling. Hmm. If I am gonna get serious about this I need more of a plan. So that is on my agenda for this AM. I need a weekly plan, and maybe even a monthly plan. The website lists some forms, but it is not quite what I need. The book has some forms in it, but I wish they were electronic. Anyway, I may make something up, or whatever.. lol
Thats what I am serious about, riding my bike. At this time, FS and diet has to support that. If it does not, its not compatible. So any type of absolute fasting is off the table for me.
I also have a school paper to write before Tues, and a Quiz due today! XD.

Cycled in the AM with my new buddy.
Have a bit of a problem, in that his routine and mine are not in sync. He does not want to go long on weekends. And then he said "By next summer I want to ride around Amwaj and then do the port too!". I was like "Thats what I was doing last month!" lol. Anyway, I may have to shift my training days around. I definitely work harder with him, about 1 mph faster on average than my normal pace. And I come back tired.
He has more of a road bike to my mountain bike, and his is single speed. Different strokes.
So I may start doing my long days on Sunday, that is a problem because of indulgence days. If I burn 1500-2000 calories I often like to eat more!! Plus if I start cleansing days, I wanted that to be Sunday (a rest day). Anyway, changes are good I reckon.
Just finished my programming homework. Yesterday I finished one paper for one class. That leaves me with 1 more paper to write, and a few exams and I will be done with this semester. I can see the end in sight! And it feels great this time!

My customary increase before the big bike ride. lol. Up .2
Short Journal, have to meet my riding buddy soon. Yesterday I threw down on way to much mongolian, yes it was mostly a mountain of vegetables. It messed up my stomach all day (even up to now). Then wifey was in a weird mood and asking for ice cream and pretzels. She blames me on waking her up early (I'm a stud!). Anyway, I did make some froyo, which also jacked up my stomach big time. My own recipe, and it was not good. lol
Today, No cheat day. Since its big bike ride day, I intend on eating more than usual, probably 2000-2500 cals. Lots of homework and papers due this weekend, so I will be back!
May start cleansing once a week after inspiration from the fasting discussions.

Cant complain about a lb a day (even though I want to).
Hell, I can complain about anything. I had a cousin once tell me "You'd bitch if they hung you with a new rope!" Well, that cousin has spent most of his adult life in prison, so, maybe he should be the one complaining.
One of my buddies is moving back out here end of the Month. It will be good to have him back out here. He is kind of a drinking buddy though, so it could be damaging on the old diet program, lol. But he is someone I can trust and I can talk to, so its all good. We both grew up in Florida not far from each other.
Yesterdays food choices went good. Even dinner. Bike riding was nice, it was a bit warmer, and I had on layers that turned out "just right".
After bike ride, and dinner, our neighbor brought us cupcakes! The nerve! Anyway they were euro-style (not very sweet), and about as big as a cookie. So I had one! It was alright. She said she was a "Rubbish cook", but she was being hard on herself. I will have to return the favour, lol. See how I spelt that euro-style! XD
Today, no bike, and mongolian BBQ. Hmmm. I do have concerns. Tomorrow we are doing no cheat day. Wife's idea. I need to get off this plateau so I am down with it.
