a reality post regarding food....I did eat and drink some really good stuff yesterday at the party for the game, and I did not watch or count anything. I am okay with that, I had a great time. I stayed busy and cleaned up after people and helped the hosts. I gave up my chair at the Tiki Bar (in the back yard) and stood and moved around for most of the game. It was a great day for me all around!
I got a lot of stuff done around my home over the weekend and I also made some vegan soup, sandwiches, and snacks for at home. Life is good.

good Wednesday Morning!
It is dreary weather today - snuggle under the covers kind of day. but i am at the office! The good news is my evening is free and i plan to go home and make soup and catch up on chores since I was away all weekend. and of course I will plan another successful day. Planning is key for me! Making time for me! winning!
Hopefully the rain slows or stops and me and doggie can get a walk in. I guess we should put on rain gear and go anyway *said the nagging voice in my head*.
I stuck to my plan yesterday - SUCCESS :) - until i could not sleep and that midnight munchie craving kicked in. Here is what i have been doing for that - graham crackers; 2 rectangles. 5 chocolate chips per rectangle. Into the warmed oven for 5 minutes, then spread the chocolate on the cracker. That's my midnight munchie instead of potato chips.

This is my motto for today. I have planned a very health day, seems like a lot of food but at least I won't go hungry! I had white beans smashed on toast for snack at work, surprisingly good!
Exercise, still my nemesis - actually time is, i can't 9or have not) made it a priority. would love to hear your ideas.
