Havent been posting much of anything, because not much had happened...Until, about a week ago...when I first started taking the Alli pills they were working quite well for me. I was even seeing a difference on my scale. And then after about a month they just stopped working for me...I had also incorporated walking 2 miles a day for 6 days a week. I started walking right around the end of February of this year. And despite that, the scale hadnt moved at all :( Then last week I re-implemented Intermittent Fasting (16/8) version. And now things are really moving! I stopped taking the Alli pills and now only do the fasting. I have not changed what I eat, only when I eat. Surprisingly, I notice I eat far less now?! I have also added the 100 squats a day regimen and do a lil yoga for stretching prior to my 2 mile walk. I do walk and do my squats in a fasted state. Cant wait to see what the scale reads next week!!!
