I do believe that positive affirmations are working. My weight has stablized even with some horrific stressors in my everyday life. I am eating well during my stress with raw veggies and just a little dip to fill my eating tendency when stressed. I feel great and have really developed a huge amount of information I am beginning to apply to my eating routine. Of note, I have my beagle on a low carb diet and she has lost 12 pounds. She eats just a bit of dogfood and rawhide chews for her fiber and carbs and then has meat, cheese, and green beans with just a few other veggies. She loves her diet and looks fantastic. I need to follow my eating plan as closely as hers to be more successful taking pounds off. At least now I feel in control. I know if I apply what I have decided to do for my own weight loss benefit I can lose weight. I hope to begin this next phase and will report on my efforts and my loss. Maintainance is a great beginning. My positive affirmation remains: I am 124.5 pounds. I am happy, contented, organized, and determined.
