So all I see is a nice gradual decline on your chart. That's great. The warm weather should encourage activity. Atkins....careful. Short term it does work without many problems. Long term comes with bodily consequences...lot's of concerns. Let me know how it goes. Namaste! Jasmine 

When you finally get your book, let me know! I broke out my marker and highlighted quite a bit of the pages! all the things that I need to constantly remind myself about, are now all lit up! I notice that I keep FORGETTING about certain things that may seem small and inconsequential, but really make a difference on my progress! So far, that's my biggest lesson on the Atkins induction! You're doing so great...I have total faith in YOU though! :)
