Here I am, just 1 pound from where I really, REALLY want to be . . . and we're going to visit grandkids in another state -- it's carb, uh, purgatory!! (How's that for avoiding a bad word in a public venue?) I'm hoping not to do too much damage, but the way our son's family eats, there's not much avoiding the bad stuff. Still, I"ll be thinking of all of you here, and I won't want to let you down! That's motivation in itself! Hopefully I will only gain a few pounds instead of the 10 I used to gain every trip! Hang in there, and I'll talk to you later!
