I let depression take over due to wanting to smoke cigarettes again. I curbed my cravings and ate whatever I wanted again. I feel like I failed myself because I did fail myself. But since i have at least regained my sense of balance and the vertigo is gone I have decided to go for my goals again. This is not a new year new me thing. It is a life choice for me. I am challenging myself to do something everyday for 30 days. I started this yesterday. I did this before and shredded a ton of weight. It is time to do it again. Looking forward to a healthier me in February.
