Day 21 (3 weeks into my journey)! I do believe this is my lowest weight yet - 176! I am 4 lbs down from Jan 1st and have 10 days to lose the last lb to reach my monthly goal of 5 lbs 💪. I am happy to report that my evening at The Cheesecake Factory yesterday was a success. I ordered a "Skinnylicious Hamburger" which came with a nice sized green salad w/ balsamic dressing and I drank water. I was very satisfied after the meal - delicious! I passed on the cheesecake, which is the first time I have ever not taken a piece home. I did stop at Baskin-Robbins and got one scoop of ice cream in a cup which was totally worth it. A piece of cheesecake had over 1000 calories and my scoop of ice-cream - 200. I didn't want to undo all my hard work. It paid off - 176 baby! Just got back from an amazing walk along the beach. A bit windy but the exercise felt refreshing and glorious!

@melderfee, it was on the "Skinnylicious" menu at the Cheesecake Factory - looked like a new thing. The burger & the salad still had about 560 calories but compared to everything else on the regular menu, it was a good deal that still satisfied. Hope that helps!
