So, here we are again. Weighed in today. Not losing weight, but not really trying. I've been trying to figure out what works for me. I'm not gaining at least. I still have body fat to lose, so gotta focus. The Paleo diet works the best for me, just gotta fine tune it and eat more often. I've been eating only 2 times per day and getting a majority of my calories at night. Bad bad bad. So, I expect change, so I need to do something different. Eat more regularly, eat clean, work out, run, sleep, avoid alcohol and sugar.
Plan:
sleep 8 hours a night. bed at 9:30 - 5:30 no grains, no dairy, no beans, no sugar crossfit 4x run 2x
