today was a great day. I did IF most of the day so I could enjoy family dinner. the calories and fat were a little much but for the most part I did better than I normally do. I think I did enough housework and yard work to maybe balance out the extra fat today but we shall see. family dinner again tomorrow but I will be more strict tomorrow. (trying to make Saturday the day for my chest meal/treat) still have more yard work to do tomorrow so I may not make it to the gym again. spring cleaning is harder than it sounds lol!
