Thanks guys! But, I have been a terrible "dieter" most of last year. BUT in February of this year I came across the "Snake Diet", which is basically just straight fasting for as long as you can go... I can go 2/3 days straight and then I re-feed with something simple like cottage cheese and fruit...I initially dropped 15 pounds within 3 wks??!! I was stoked!!!
But I fell off the proverbial wagon. And have been stuck on 185 for a couple months now...tired of seeing this number now...
I dont know if its the weather, but since its getting warmer here in Oklahoma, I have been really struggling to fast past 24 hrs.. :(
BUT bright side, I have not regained what I've lost. I may go up 2/3 pounds and then it goes right back to 185. I guess my body's "set weight point" has re configured, because it used to be "set" on 200?!
