It’s been an impossible week, weighed on Monday at 94Kg, Tuesday -Party, Wednesday- dinner with a friend from the Cape, Thursday- Wine tasting & dinner, Friday - Party, Saturday & Sunday at Pecanwood. I was never going to win this one. Anyway back to Intermittent Fasting 18:6, no alcohol, sugars, carbs, watching portion control again(although I was quite good with that) and back to my 7+ Kms daily walks with my dogs. Let’s see what the week brings on, and let’s check on Monday again. I do have another wine tasting on Saturday.
