This morning felt great! I really didn't wanna go, I had even hit the snooze on my alarm and wasn't gonna go to the gym, then I had that internal fight with myself and got out of bed. And when I was up and leaving the house, I didn't feel tired anymore. It was nice cause it lets me know that next time I try to have that internal fight I can remind myself that I will feel not so tired once I'm up. Also, I was kinda feeling bad about going out with friends last night and we had some chicken wings, but i still did well yesterday despite those. I was really proud of myself when we went the movies cause they got popcorn and candy and normally I can't pass up the popcorn, but I was perfectly content just watching the movie. :D
