The holidays had me scared to death but managed a week eating anything and everything. Stuck to my excersize at least and results were not too bad. I'm not proud of myself as I was a baby hippo, but proud of my body for staying strong and not being too hard on me.

70,8 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 17,3 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 11,8 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
