I did really good with eating yesterday, one thing I realize I didn't track (yet) was a cookie bar; really it was a seed bar that was made of almonds, sunflower seed, sesame, and honey. This nutty-bar is my "OMG I cant wait to eat, need something RIGHT now" snack and I usually have some in the glovebox of the car to eat while driving home after work.
I am currently out of them!

Lindsaylue, I will have to get some and find the packaging and send a screenshot. I buy them at Publix grocery chain, in the section of nuts that are near all the produce. Found them by chance one day.
