Having had Covid-19 for the past 15 days, I need to get back on track again. Should be some interesting times ahead, post fatigue continues & still trying to get to my goal weight, let’s see what happens this week. Baby steps as I need to get my energy back!!

take it slow... the friends of mine who had covid have felt real long term affects and it's hard on your body. all the best in your healing. eating healthy nutrient rich foods is one of the best ways to heal the body

Thanks Shireen, I think part of putting on a bit of weight would have been because I have not burned off any calories. Self-isolating does help towards weight loss.

Your body is definitely strong. Most of my friends and family withered away, lost a lot of their body weight due to having no appetite and vomiting. Get better soon💚 it will take time. This virus takes everything out of you.
