Didn't get a chance to weigh myself this morning before eating anything but I was expecting a larger gain either way as I've been stress eating for about a week and a half due to studying for my exam which was this morning. My birthday was also over the weekend so I kinda gave myself the weekend off too so not too bad overall, could have been less of a gain ideally but I didn't have a blowout so thats all I'm worried about. 🙂
