I started doing small weight training exercise to tighten my flabby parts and I tell you that I have not been doing very good on weight loosing side but I am doing pretty good on flabby side:) and its not very hard when I help my daughter in her studies that's where I use a dumbbell for my arms or sit ups for my thighs and few more stretching around kids...give it a try u might be pleased to see the difference...never stop just keep on going
