Not excited about this because technically yesterday I was at 240ish and because my cheeto fiasco i actually went up. Anyways, moving on. I finished today’s workout and I feel good. I started fasting early yesterday around 4pm and technically I should be breaking fast now on a 16:8 but I’m pushing for OMADish or whatever my body wants to do today.
I’ve noticed not having anything to do or being bored all I could think about was what I was having for dinner. I read someone’s comments on here to someone else who said they overeat often and they advised them to “pick up a hobby.” I’ve never been one to have a hobby but I think if it’s helping me stay busy I won’t think about eating. I ordered a pair of outdoor skates and they should be here tomorrow. Do I know how to skate? Not a bit, actually haven’t done it since I was maybe 8 or 9. But I figured I can learn. Living in Arizona affords me the perfect weather to be outside at some point in the day & I’m going to take advantage.
