Self sabotage got me here. I’m not going to be hard on myself because I woke up this morning and I felt great. Today I may have over did it with the coffee creamer. 😬🥲 I have a new Keurig and I may be addicted to ice coffees now.
Yesterday I made keto chili and I really missed the beans aspect. Today I made chili cheese hot dog bowls with the leftover chili with. Trying to track macros for that chili is a PITA (pain in the a%~) since I didn’t measure anything. Just dumped the cans into the ground beef 😂 I tried not to add too much on top of my hot dogs because I was also having a salad but of course I’m still used to eating with my eyes. Every day is a new lesson and a reason to keep going.
