I have just weighed in for the first time in 70 days. I have gained 8 pounds since then. I have not been eating right or exercising. It has been an especially hard year and last two months. My family and my husband and I have experienced many losses this year. I know if I don't begin to take care of myself, I am not going to help anyone else or myself.
I need to focus on planning my meals, recording what I eat, beginning to exercise, and using the Daily Atkins Check-in. The Atkins group is great for support, and I think that will help me.
