October means: New month. New goals.

I’m definitely not doing daily weighing this month, it will be done on Sundays. I weighed in today because it’s the start of shark week.🥲 I will continue to daily accountability because I think that helped me a lot last month. Using this platform to talk about my journey, struggles and accomplishments PLUS reading all of yours have helped tremendously as well. Realizing why I was being triggered and learning portion control last month was major. Something with portion size and control I’m trying to incorporate is “Delay, not deny.” I’m going to have it, just not now and when I do. 1 serving. Been weighing out chips and the amount I weigh out is no where near what I would have snacked on if I ate right out the bag. I’m loving my little food scale.
