Not as bad as I thought!!! Only up a lb! Ok back to being a good girl! Still down 21lbs!!

Hi! First, thanks for commenting in my journal. Looking at your food history, it looks like you are not eating enough or properly for your body to lose weight. It wants to hang on to everything you do eat for dear life and stores as fat because it thinks it might not eat again! That's what happened to me and how I ended up with so much weight until I learned to eat healthily.
