About 2 weeks ago I went off lisinopril and ever since then I am dropping again. i realized my biggest downfall was switching to Lisinopril BP meds. i finally found a BP medicine that does not make me gain weight and I am proud to say I was at 206 a few weeks ago. My journey will be long. But my wife is supportive. I know I can do this and will for myself and my family.
