I only weigh myself once a week but am happy to see a small consistent weight loss each time! Have been sticking well to my caloric intake which I find leaves me satisfied and full (but not overly full as was my problem before) and I have cut out excess junk foods but am still able to enjoy my dark chocolate and other treats every now and then!
