Did well this week. I stuck to my calorie goal and made sure I included any momentary weakness like a slice of banana bread or a cookie. Also changed up my exercise routine by flipping the days I concentrated on cardio and strength training from strength training on Mon, Wed and Fri and cardio on Tue and Thurs to cardio three days per work week and Sat and two days for strength training. This worked and I also finally got to a level to add jogging into my routine which is more of what's called "wogging" which is a combination of walking and jogging. I will get back to my running days again!!

I really have enjoyed getting comments from friends and coworkers on how much I have lost. I feel better including self confidence including adding holes to my belts since they are now to lose for me. I really enjoy this life changing journey I am on.

Great weight loss! WooHoo! So you call walking/jogging the name "wogging." I like that name. I never heard it before, but I was doing a little wogging myself three months ago. I should do it more. Thanks for the inspiration.
