Down another teeny weeny bit! This is so slow but at least its down. I keep thinking that one day I will stand on the scales and see a big drop. Well can hope can't I? I think its probably because I'm not getting any exercise at the moment. I just can't summon up the enthusiasm for anything. I'm going down to my daughters on Friday to dog sit and haven't packed a thing yet! I don't think the weather is helping either - we've had nothing but rain, rain and more rain, Oh and wind too and this is supposed to be summer.

Widowhood is proving to be more of a challenge than I imagined or perhaps its advancing years! I can't seem to remember anything for more than 2 seconds. I decided on Salmon and asparagus for tea yesterday, went shopping and came back without the salmon!

I have done so many things like that. A good excuse would be "senior moments" but I have had brain lapses most of my life. We have had rain and wind also. Today still had wind but at least lots of sunshine for 1 day. Sunshine does help bolster spirits so I will wish you a beautiful day of sunshine. Make a list of what to pack and take and then pack a bit at a time. Check it all off! Last year I ended up in Florida when my son lived there with no blood pressure medicine. I made the list and then didn't check it off. Have a wonderful time dog sitting and traveling and also seeing family. Also, I was glad to read your SIL has a bit of improved prognosis. I haven't eaten anything wrong but am up a pound. I am hoping by the time I weigh in Sunday I will at least be even with last week. Take care!
