It has been over 3 months! Sorry! It would be an understatement to say I fell off the wagon (again). My excuse is, I went on vacation in Guam, and of course once you're there, it's island food or else LOL Then I had a cystectomy which really forced me to be sedentary for about six weeks. This was my sixth week.
The four-inch cut the surgeon made below my navel healed very well. I'm just not sure if I will be able to do Step Training, my favorite. I've been told that I may still be healing inside.
