I'm in shock! I've been tracking and exercising, but decided to add in some intuitive eating. I'll admit, I was nervous and not sure what was going to happen. I've learned that my body has a "meh" moment when eating, that means I'm done with that food. If I listen to it I'm not stuffed and still have energy for my day.

That whole concept scares the hell out of me..my intuition always says eat more...good luck...I want neutrality around food.

I have gotten the "meh" feeling quite a few times when trying to eat my bland chicken. My body is telling me that if I decide to deposit more...it will refund it immediately. Sometimes we need to listen to our body. Congrats on the 2lb loss!
