Ugh. The weight is not coming off. I did plenty of exercise this week and breakfast and lunches were disciplined. I think what's necking me is dinner (big and late) and sometimes snacking to make it to dinner. This week I will focus more on diet and less on exercise (too stiff to do otherwise anyway)
