Several ups and downs since the last journal entry. Happily, most of the ups ended up just being muscle gain and not fat gain. I continue to do what I know is working. Caloric restriction, high protein, cardio (walking and spin cycle) 3 times a week, weights 2 x day, red light therapy once or twice a day with shake board, and hydro 3 to 4 times a week.
