I think I'm making progress with my greif counselor. things arent as bad now, they aren't as heavy feeling. I've talked things out with my husband too about losing my dad and some mobility. We have reset some goals for us and I'm starting to look forward to doing things again. I may have gotten fired from my job (I'm still a bit bitter but nothing can be done) but I'm trying to focus on the bright side: I'm not stressed and crying about a job I hate, I have time to focus on myself and get back to fitness, I can do my stretching and take care of my back injury properly, and I can do thing so enjoy that I never had time for before like reading or painting. So, one more restart. hopefully the last.
