Well, it's been 6 mos of nonaccountability. Just lazy! No excuse! I had stopped working in June and took up the retired lifestyle with my husband. Well, I'm really unhappy with my whole life. I am bored and have no energy. I have now decided to take responsibility and amp up my workouts and start a detox fast to cleanse all this crap outta me so I can regain my health. I'm bettin' on me. Too old to keep starting over.
