I decided to no longer look at the scale anymore. My jean size keeps going down. I took a week off from the gym. It is always hard to get back to any routine but I refuse to quit my goals. I hope you all have an amazing workout tonight or today. I am doing 2 hours of weight training tonight. As tired as I am, I cannot quit on my long term weightloss goal. ##noexcusesjustdiscipline
