I wish you a Happy Birthday whether you see the 189.0 or not-but I pray that God will even give you a bonus blessing for your birthday. Consequently, my husband and I will be celebrating our 21st anniversary Friday as well. I sure would like to see another lb. gone by then. 

Happy Birthday Tomorrow! Don't eat after 6:00 tonight, and then drink a bunch of glasses of water between 7- and bedtime. Then you'll wake up 1-lb lighter - guarantee. (Well maybe not guarantee - but it works for me if I'm stuck....)
