Waist size 32 in jeans is really loose on me now. I worked so hard to get here and size 30 here I come. I workout 2 to 3 hours a night for 4 nights a week. I am so excited about the results I keep experiencing. it's hard work but I am so driven to reach my goal of a fully completed healthier me. I will see you all at the top. I change the weight so people notice but I don't check the scale anymore because I am starting to gain more muscle now.
