Good-bye Festive season weight! :)
I'm so happy with myself! My weight last week was gone up to 110.4kg after the previous New Year's weekend and this week I didn't break into the 109's, I skipped it and went straight into the 108's :) This 1.7kg drop brings my weight down to just 0.7kg away from my pre-christmas weight of 108kg which was my lowest weight ever in my adult life.
I was a bit concerned if my weight loss would slow down since I ended up abandoning my fast day on Friday by having supper but that supper was 24hours after Thursday's supper so it was still beneficial to me. These are the tricks that keeps me on track.
