Did not sleep much last night. EXHAUSTED. 2-year old woke me up 4 times between midnight and 6a.m. I feel like a walking zombie. Not sure how I can get a full workout in. I just want to cry right now, I'm so tired. But I feel bad because my 2-year keeps crying that her feet and legs are hurting. It's so hard when they're little because they can't describe things well enough to explain what they're feeling. :'( I'm thinking she's getting cramps in her legs and feet. I keep trying to massage them. It helps for a little while, but it keeps coming back. I just gave her some orange juice and some blackberries for the potassium. (Don't have any bananas.) Didn't realize I still had a can of coconut water in my fridge, or else I would have given that to her instead. I don't know what else to do for her. :(

That's hard - maybe you'll find your second wind as the day goes on. I remember my legs aching when I was a kid - my parents told me it was growing pains. Now I think it might have been my lower back slightly out of whack. Maybe have her lie on her back and curl her legs towards her chest - this will stretch out her lower back - just in case that's what it is. If it keeps up though, I'd have a doctor check her out.

Magnesium?

I tried all sorts of stretches and massages, trackin64. Just couldn't get it to work long enough. :( HCB, I have no idea how much magnesium to give a 2 year old. I've been trying to give her fairly healthy food all day, but she hasn't eaten much. DID drink two cups of orange juice though. Trying to get her to drink more water now. She hasn't been drinking as much water these last few days. Normally she drinks tons.

A warm bath with Epsom salts will help with the cramping.

Yep I agree with Mskestrela, or put a blanket in the dryer for a bit and then put that on her. Usually puts them right to sleep.

A warm bath and warm blanket sounds nice... I may have to do that myself!

Lol, Jessberry, that would be good for you to so you can relax, but I would do it to your daughter first so she falls asleep and then you can pamper yourself and hopefully get a good nights sleep.
