Thanx BBO, and the best part is, that yesterday wasn't even THAT hard, I really thought it would be worse. I've noticed, that when I DO have lunch waiting for me, I automatically become hungry, but knowing there isn't anything to eat, keeps the hunger at bay!!! It really is a big challenge for me, as I used to believe in HANGRY!!! (angry because I'm hungry), but it seems that that is only a mind trick!!! Thanx for all your insight & support!!!

Yes the mind is the culprit that lies to us!!! We are bombarded by commercialism of food to eat at least 3 times a day. It was the cereal companies that came up with the whole "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" ideology but just think how much money those companies will lose if people stopped eating breakfast. Skipping meals has been programmed into our minds as a big no-no so we automatically view it as something we should not even attempt doing but once we learn about calorie intake and how our bodies actually work and what contributes to the weight/fat gain then we become more brave to attempt breaking the normal rules. You called it a "mind trick" and that is such an ideal description of it.
